Keep your silk and cotton threads knot-free with this little beeswaxer set. This set includes one Bee hexi and one Hive hexi waxer.

Beeswax has been used for centuries to provide a bit of extra strength to thread and reduce knotting. To use, hold the waxer in your hand with a flat side (typically the backside) facing up. Place your strands of thread, as you'll use them to stitch, on the waxer and gently hold the thread onto the waxer with your thumb. Pull the thread between your thumb and the waxer, maintaining the gentle pressure. For general use,  you do to NOT want to see wax build-up on the thread when you are finished, you should just barely be able to feel it on the thread if at all.
